1. I am giving this consent in my own free will, and not under duress or in any form of threat or coercion;

2. That my images, videos, and personal data shall be held by Blue Planet in accordance and compliance with the GDPR guidelines (the General Data Protection Regulation) or any other data protection law for the time being in force;

3. That the use my images, videos, and personal data, shall belong to the organization for their own as well as the third-party association’s disposition in accordance with the strict compliance of the GDPR guidelines or any other data protection law for the time being in force;

4. The use may include, but is not limited to, editing, duplication, licensing, distribution, and incorporation in other works, in whatever form (e.g. hard copy or electronic), such as posters, publications, websites, films, or videos, and their unrestricted use, without any obligation on the part of Blue Planet to seek any further authorization by the Learner;

5. I agree to waive any claims I may have to the organization's use of photographs, videos, and personal information;

6. I understand that I will not be entitled to receive any payment in consideration for the use of my photos, videos, or any other personal data as set forth above;

7. I shall not take any legal action for the fair use of my photos, videos, or any other personal data under the GDPR guidelines or any other data protection law for the time being in force;

8. Blue Planet reserves the right to develop, create, modify the Course material provided to the learner and such course materials are confidential information of Blue Planet and shall be maintained in confidence by the learner and the learner is advised to use reasonable care while handling the Course Material;

9. I agree and consent to Blue Planet collecting, using and disclosing to third parties my personal information. I acknowledge that my submission of any information, statements, data, and content to Blue Planet is voluntary on my part and that Blue Planet may process such information in a fair manner.

1. copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display the Services or any Blue Planet Content, or any content provided by a third party, except to the extent permitted by law, or with the prior written consent of Blue Planet or the appropriate third party (as applicable);

2. use the Services or the content to establish, maintain or provide, or assist in establishing, maintaining or providing a learning management system;

3. infringe any applicable laws or regulations, or the rights of Blue Planet or any third party;

4. upload, publish or post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or offensive content;

5. impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent my affiliation with a person or entity;

6. distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes, or distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Blue Planet, any of the Services, or the interests or property of any third party;

7. take any action that imposes, or may impose, in Blue Planet’s sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Blue Planet’s infrastructure;

8. use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or any network or other infrastructure used by or connected to Blue Planet;

9. interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services, any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services, or any activities conducted on, or in connection with, any of the Services;

10. bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures Blue Planet may use to prevent or restrict access to Blue Planet; or

11. gain, or attempt to gain, unauthorized access to any areas of the Services, other accounts, or any systems, networks or infrastructure used by or connected to Blue Planet;

12. have any right, title or interest in or to any proprietary rights relating to the Services or the Blue Planet Content.
